Group work

Workshops & events.

Small-group workshops run a few times a year, either in person or over video. They're designed for women who want the benefit of shared work without the vulnerability of one-on-one coaching, or for women who've done the individual work and want to go deeper in a group setting.

The Fear Audit

A half-day workshop (3.5 hours with a break) built around a single exercise: mapping every fear that's currently influencing your decisions. Not the dramatic fears. The quiet ones. The ones that masquerade as "practical concerns" or "not the right time." By the end of the session, each participant has a written inventory of what's actually in the way, ranked by how much power it's holding over their life. Most people leave with at least one fear they didn't know they had.

Runs quarterly. Groups of 8-12 women.

The Next Chapter Workshop

A full-day workshop (10am-4pm with lunch) for women in active transition. Career change, divorce recovery, empty nest, geographic move, retirement, post-burnout rebuild. The day is structured around three blocks: naming the chapter you're leaving, defining the one you're entering, and building the first 90 days of practical steps. You leave with a written plan and a small accountability group of other participants.

Runs twice yearly (spring and autumn). Groups of 6-10 women.

$395Full day

Creative Unblock (for makers and business owners)

A half-day workshop specifically for women who make things or run creative businesses and have hit a wall. Writers, artists, designers, shop owners, freelancers. The focus is on identifying the specific flavour of your creative block (perfectionism, comparison, burnout, impostor syndrome, or simple exhaustion) and building a realistic plan to work through it. Includes structured pair work and a follow-up email check-in two weeks later.

Runs 3-4 times yearly. Groups of 8-12.

$195Half-day

What to expect

The workshops are structured but not rigid. There's a plan for the day, but if the group goes somewhere more useful, we follow it. Everyone participates. This is not a lecture with Q&A at the end. You will be asked to write, to speak, and to listen. The format is honest conversation supported by practical exercises.

Who the workshops are for

Women who are ready to do the work, not just talk about doing it. The women who get the most from these sessions are the ones who show up willing to be uncomfortable. You don't need to have done coaching before. You don't need to be in crisis. You just need to be honest about where you are and willing to explore where you want to go.

Who they're not for

These are coaching workshops, not therapy groups. If you're in active crisis, dealing with untreated mental health concerns, or looking for a support group, a therapist or structured group therapy program is a better fit. The workshops assume a baseline of stability and work from there.

Private group workshops

If you have a team, a book club, a women's group, or a circle of friends who want a dedicated session, I run private group workshops with a minimum of 6 participants. The content can be drawn from any of the existing workshops or tailored to your group's specific needs. Pricing is based on group size and duration.
